David began practicing law in 1995, where he practiced corporate law and real estate at a number of law firms, including some of the largest Florida firms at that time.  David has since left the large firm lifestyle in favor of opening his own law firm where he can devote himself entirely to his clients and not spend his time dealing with the red-tape and administrative headaches of the larger firms.

David practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law with a concentration on complex transactions.  He routinely represents large developers, construction companies, and businesses on a host of transactions and enjoys the challenge of working on sophisticated and complex matters.

David is a 1995 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.  In his spare time, David enjoys being in the outdoors and is an avid hiker and skier, spending time in his home in Colorado.  David has three children and a beautiful wife Abbie.
