- Represented developer in acquisition, development, construction, finance and leasing of over 13 grocery-anchored shopping centers (average transaction size in excess of $5 million).
- Represented developer in acquisition, development, construction, finance and leasing of business and commerce park (transaction size in excess of $12 million).
- Represented developer in $35 million development agreement with a municipality for multi-use condominium and retail complex, including negotiation of TIF financing package.
- Represented mortgage lender in workout and unwind of mortgage loan portfolio in excess of $25 million.
- Represent shopping center owner in portfolio sale of multiple centers to REIT totaling in excess of $12 million.
